This 54,000 sq.ft business park has been designed by leading South West architectural practice Grainge Architects. Minister Business Park comprises four blocks offering a range of B1, B2 & B8 accommodation.

Indicative Specification

Horizontal Kingspan flat metal cladding system on a metal portal frame on a plinth of blue engineering bricks and rendered blockwork under a mono-pitch insulated roof.

All units to include mezzanine floor, staircase and skylight at first floor level. Sliding/folding industrial doors to goods entrance and aluminium pedestrian doors and windows to all units.

Capped services and plumbing to be provided to each unit to enable installation of both WC and kitchenette.

The layout and design of the business park is based on a comprehensive masterplanned form. Key features are the use of a consistent palate of good quality building materials, feature estate signage, soft landscaping, tarmac estate roads and block paved car parking zones for a total of 178 vehicles.
